You don’t need to sign anything until you’re ready to view homes. Depending on your situation, we can use a home-by-home agreement or a month-to-month showing agreement. State law requires a signed agreement before we can show a property.
What should I do before listing my home?
De-clutter, deep clean, make necessary repairs, and consider staging to enhance appeal. A Realtor can also provide a market analysis to price it correctly.
Can I view only one home?
Yes—tour one home or as many as you’d like.
How does payment work?
There are no upfront fees. Commission is paid at closing.
Can I cancel my contract?
